Evolution of the Public-Private Partnership in a Modern Russian Economy

The article touches upon the peculiarities in the formation of the private enterprise, development of its relations with the state, basic laws and tendencies of the social and economic development in Russia that influenced the evolution of the public-private partnership. 

Improvement of the Investment Climate in the State as the Basis of Investment Activity of the Russian Economy Subjects

This article is about the contemporary situation in the sphere of investment attractiveness in the regions of Russia; it reveals basic risks and problems, undermining investment attractiveness and, hence, investing activity of regions. The author gives the reasons of investment activity of the economy subjects without any connection with the attraction degree of the investment climate. The comparison of the investment climate and some indicators of investment activity in Russian regions is made in the article.

Theoretical Approaches to the Evaluation Model Construction Considering the Resources Restrictions Influence on the National Economy Development

The article speaks about the author’s definitions of the resources restrictions and the terminators of the national economy development; it discusses the issues of evaluation, calculation and mathematical modeling of the resources restrictions influence on the national economy development.

Vertical Integration as a Necessary Condition of the Economic Growth in Russia

The article sums up the essential features of the vertical integration as one of the effective forms of organizing the national economy. The objective necessity of the purposeful development of the vertical integration benefits aimed to further integration of demand and stimulation of the competitive production manufacture. In the author’s view, only this strategy can bring serious social and economic results and lead to the economic growth.

Today scholars are studying the problem of the human capital measurement. The article also analyzes a status of the human capital in Russia.

The Mathods of Financial Risk’s Valuing

This paper is devoted to the financial risk’s valuing by mathematics’ methods. Is studied statistic’s methods based at valuing financial indexes fluctuation’s scale. The weighted periods of financial instruments are analyzed. Is suggested the index’s calculation for financial portfolio. Considered the problem of uniform portfolio risk’s minimizing.

Cash Economy and Its Influence on the Economical Safety of the Country

The article analyses cash economy and its influence on the economi‑ cal safety of the country. There are the characteristics of the notion «cash economy» in Russian and foreign literature. Special attention is given to the criminalization of economy and to the safety of Russia.

Increase of Resource Potential of Agrarian Manufacture within the Limits of Realization of the State Program

In the article the basic program documents on realization of the state agrarian policy are considered, influence of realization of «the State program of development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw material and the foodstuffs for 2008– 2012» on a condition of resource potential of agrarian and industrial complex is analyzed.

Changes in Structure of Employment in the Conditions of Transformation of Economy of the Russian Federation

In article theoretical and methodological questions of transformation of structure of employment in the Russian economy are discussed. Through the structure of employment of the population generated in the country an indirect route it is possible to receive the information characterising efficiency of a social production. In article the analysis of change of structure of the occupied population from 1992 on 2008 is carried out. The general tendencies of employment of the population in Russia also come to light.

Integration Directions of Production Capital in Modern Russia

Horizontal and vertical integration directions of production capital are viewed in this article. The author uses evidential data to give description of these processes in modern Russia. It is the author thinks that integration of the production capital can be the basis of technological development, modernization and increase of competitive capacity of enterprises and economy as a whole. For that the stimulation of these processes by the national production policy must be done.
