In the article the basic program documents on realization of the state agrarian policy are considered, influence of realization of «the State program of development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw material and the foodstuffs for 2008– 2012» on a condition of resource potential of agrarian and industrial complex is analyzed.
