«Quality improvement of Products as a Factor of Innovative Enterprises Competitiveness» reveals theoretical aspects of increasing of innovative enterprises competitiveness as a major factor of the products released. Various approaches to determination of quality criteria of innovative products have been considered. Characteristics and factors that guarantee products quality have been highlighted. The author emphasizes that TQM and standardization are crucial components in conception of innovative products quality.

The author argues that the notion «terralnost» can be considered as a separate category. It gives the author an opportunity to work out social mechanism of modern Russian community organization. The mechanism is made up of several components: the object of relationships, relationships actualization, and evaluation of relationships effectiveness.

In article is shown decisive role of scene planning as effective method of managing which direct to keeping economical stability in companies. Author considers not only positive moments but writes about restrictions specified method and ways of overcoming in gas brunch. 

In article reveal kinds of interactions of firms in modern economy, factors which influence on general and specific interactions. «The latent exclusive effects» in economy on an example of dominating firms are investigated. Cooperative interactions of firms, factors of their stability are considered, the basic features of the Russian market model are allocated.

In the article idea about system of a National Economy and her general and especial properties are discused. Also definition of the moving forses and trends of economic development is given its basic types are characterized. It is established, that moving forses and trends of economic development of a National Economy is characterized by non-uniformity, impulsiveness and discontinuty.

In the article there are considered theoretical aspects of product exchange in the Internet economy which is realized under the influence of demand and supply, prices and competition. The author pays attention to the economic mechanism of the formation of total, average and marginal costs of information product manufacturing.

The paper presents a revised approach to a number of international courts’ determinations including the International Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the European Communities. The author stresses the unique feature of the latter – the unconditional obligatoriness of its decisions for all Member States of the European Union.

The paper considers administrative and legal problems of inspection of the quality and safety of consumer goods and services in the conditions of the modern government reform. Principal inspection rights of government and local bodies in the sphere of consumer right protection are discussed. Some measures are suggested for better cooperation between the departments of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and local bodies.

The paper takes up questions of the appearance of road freightage law to regulate relations between the consignor, the transport body, and the consignee regarding the usage of specialized rolling-stock, planning transportation, optimal cargo distribution etc. The most of the problems raised are still urgent.
