Introduction. This article is a justification of the possibility of using tales to popularize economics, economic history and the history of economic thought. Theoretical analysis. The historiographic review showed that many prominent English-speaking and Russian-speaking economists in their scientific articles and monographs textually or allegorically use the terms “parables”, “fables”, “stories”, “stories”, “myths”, “saga”, and the like. Therefore, the term “tales” will organically complement this semantic range.

Introduction. The educational system is constitutive in all countries, it is one of the world’s largest systems that generates and reproduces human, intellectual, cognitive capital. National educational systems have both common features and differences, which are based on unique components – institutional genes. Russian education inherits many of the best traditions of the previous social system, thanks to which world recognized successes have been achieved.

The article analyses the influence of integration on the economical growth and development of national economy, considers the interconnection of the system integration and sustained growth of economy. The article raises the problem of forming a highly functional structure of the Russian economy.

The author’s approach to a problem of management by innovative risks in agrarian and industrial complex is developed. The research problems of intra regional heterogeneity of social and economic development are discussed in this article. Existing theoretical and methodological approaches to definition of regional economic space are generalized. The key role of municipalities in smoothing of spatial heterogeneity of social and economical regional development is designated.

In work the main stages of formation in Saratov of school of sciences of a forensic weaponology are presented. Integration of criminalistic research of the weapon and ammunition with such sciences as physics, chemistry, the physics of explosion and burning, design of the weapon and ammunition, forensic medicine, etc., is noted need of coordination of interdepartmental researches is shown.

In article the structure of financing of the enterprises of the foodprocessing industry in the Volgograd region is discussed.

The article highlights the project credits innovations as consequences or during recent financial crisis of innovative projects financing in Russia. At the same time this study presents the factors that impact on the project crediting. The author defines the reasons of underdevelopment innovation project credits by Russian banks. He highlights some important elements of the project credits in the Russian banks practice.

The article discusses the econometric models that include spatial and spatio-temporal distribution of socio-economic phenomena and processes.

Activization factors of foreign economic activities development of small and medium enterprises in Volgograd region are represented as a hole system. The author proposes the appraisal plan of Volgograd region export potential in modern economic situation of globalization and economic integration to the world economy.
