In this article the author considers the necessity of formation of the modern paradigm of the economical theory on the basis of the values, which are suitable to the development of Russian economic model. 

This article is devoted to means of Russian legal policy in the sphere of foreign economic activities. Approaches to defining legal policy means are considered in the article, as well as classification of measures of foreign economic activities state legal regulation is pointed out. 

The paper examines the theoretical, legal and historical issues related to the definition in civil law concept of property. Discusses the various points of view and proposes a definition of real estate, making adjustments to existing legislation.

This article introduces criminological aspects of crime and the existence in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity and discusses some of the measures for its prevention. 

The article revealed the history of the institute awards in Russia, analyzed the latest theoretical and practical issues of national awards. Disclosed the original concept of state awards, as well as the democratic value of this institution in the Russian reality. The author covers the basics of the legal regulation of the President of the Russian Federation for State awards. 

The given article is an attempt to view the policy of development of rule-of-law state in Russia from the point of view of functional system. The author achieves the goal through analysis of various concepts within system approach.

The article investigates the category values in constitutional law. The author examines the constitutional and legal content of such values as a person, his rights and freedoms, equality, justice. Enshrined in the Constitution and the realization of these values cause the development of Russia as a democratic, social state.

A comparison of the two accounting systems on the basis of determining their conceptual bases: subject, object, unit of account, purpose and objectives of accounting, the institutional nature, tools, users of information. The capabilities for the harmonization of macro-statistic accounting with accounting.

In article necessity of activization of innovative activity for the foodprocessing industry of the Volgograd region is discussed. According to authors of article, food-processing industry development as the branch providing the population by foodstuff, and also pursuing purpose maintenance of food safety of the country, in modern conditions is impossible without development of conceptual decisions, the ideas, called to raise level of its competitiveness.

In this article the concept, signs and laws of development of technical systems is considered. The special attention is given organizational and structural character of machine-building manufacture. Necessity of use of flexible industrial systems at the russian enterprises of mechanical engineering is proved.
