“Loyalty agreement” as a novelty of Russian migration legislation

Introduction. The Russian Federation is in constant search for new mechanisms to improve the efficiency of the state migration policy. At the same time, the liberalization of migration legislation was chosen as the main vector of transformations, while unconditionally ensuring public safety and observance of national interests. “Loyalty agreement” is a novelty designed to try out the state, public and individual interests of the subjects of migration relations. Unrestricted human rights and freedoms: Legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia (1995–2022)

Introduction. The Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993 in several articles provides for the right of the state to restrict the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in order to achieve certain goals. Conceptual approach to the classification and certification of robots and complex automated information systems

The development and spread of robots, artificial intelligence systems and complex automated information systems are associated with the problem of causing harm by their decisions and actions, as well as the problem of legal liability for this harm. New economic conditions today are reflected in the development of the digital economy and determine the need to develop new methods of assessment, management, ways to attract specialists. In this article, an attempt was made to formulate a model for assessing economic security in the context of digital transformation, showing how the introduction of digital technologies contributes to the growth of real industry indicators and indicators and economic security.

Import substitution as a factor of Russian economy innovative development

Introduction. In the modern world, the introduction of innovations is becoming one of the main ways of economic development of both organizations and states. In this regard, the process of switching Russian economy to the innovative way of development acquires special importance. Still in 2011, the Government approved the Strategy for Innovative Development of Russia until 2020: it formulates the goals of the country’s long-term development and indicators that characterize their implementation.

The works of А. N. Radishchev: A study of economic and anthropological interpretation
