Theoretical Model of Regional Reproduction

Abstract: 

Introduction. The region in modern Russia is considered as an economic system with its combination of reproductive relations and specific features of the course of social and economic processes. Theoretical analysis. In the basis of regional reproduction is the specialization of the region and the relative economic independence implying large interregional economic relations in the framework of the single economic space, facilitating the movement of goods and services from the region-the manufacturer to the region-the consumer in any geographical point of the country and abroad, thanks to the entrepreneurial activity and the purchasing power of the population. The regional authority to the material basis of reproduction, create conditions for establishing business relations, as well as accumulate funds in the budget and extra-budgetary funds in the region. Indicators regional reproduction reflected in the system of national accounts of one or another subject of the Russian Federation. Theoretical model of regional reproduction can be adapted for explanation of the reproduction process at any level of management. It is easy to see the collection of various fields of activity defined territory, covering production, distribution, exchange and consumption of material goods and services. Regional reproduction involves raising the responsibility of local authorities for the achievement of reproduction ratios, the investment attractiveness of region, and also for the results of management. Conclusions. Each region is reproductive system, based on specific, peculiar to him combination of resources reproduction. Regional reproduction has distinctive features from reproduction on any other level of management, including at the country scale.
