The Human Culture Aspect in a Process of Commercial Banks Restructuring
The article is devoted to the processes of commercial banks restructuring. It identifies the vital reasons for the restructure processes in different forms. The author makes a detailed analysis of the influence of the human factor and culture on the restructure process in the forms of mergers and engrossments. There are given the examples of the consequences of the cultural variants implementation in the process of restructure. The basic reasons of the failures in the process of restructure are given in the article. There are behavior recommendations for the high executive officers in the moment of commercial banks restructuring.
