Institutional Innovation of Business Structure in Conditions of Information

Introduction. In terms of informatization, business structures are undergoing many changes, introduced many technological and institutional innovations. The introduction of new technologies in production, build new strategies for organization of business processes (e.g., in a virtual space), as well as changing the informal rules of the game, for example, for the operation of virtual organizations based on the trust of participants to each other, greatly increases the productivity and competitiveness of modern organizations. Theoretical analysis. Subject to scientific analysis of socio-economic relations are developing in the process of implementing institutional innovations of different business structures. Institutional innovation is defined as the innovations in the functioning of formal and informal institutions, or the rules of the game, as well as in the relationship between institutions. Under the influence of new information technologies transform a variety of formal and informal institutions. New institutes affiliated with network forms of organization, such as electronic exchanges, electronic corporate markets, electronic payment systems and others. The aim of this study was to examine the institutional innovation development business structures in terms of informatization. Results. The essence and specificity revealed institutional innovations in terms of informatization. It is proved, that the information technology industry at the present stage is one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the world economy. Thanks to information technology, it became possible to communicate over long distances and do business in different countries. It has been proved that information technology provides the possibility of unlimited business expansion, as well as allow you to automate the process of management as a whole. Important practical application of institutional innovation in the process of development and improvement of IT-technologies in business organizations with a view to enhancing their competitiveness and investment attractiveness.
