Competitiveness of the organisation consists in quality of the personnel. The personnel becomes the main resource of the organisation. The organisation is obliged to provide conditions for realisation of the purposes in the field of quality of the personnel and due quality management of the personnel. The Remuneration of Employees of Banking Sector of the China

Introduction. Labor resources in China have great potential for development. The number of employed citizens is 77500 thousand. However, the level of real unemployment in the country is high.
