Horizontal and vertical integration directions of production capital are viewed in this article. The author uses evidential data to give description of these processes in modern Russia. It is the author thinks that integration of the production capital can be the basis of technological development, modernization and increase of competitive capacity of enterprises and economy as a whole. For that the stimulation of these processes by the national production policy must be done.
