Problems of recognition and protection of copyright when using works created by means of artificial intelligence

Introduction. Advanced artificial intelligence technology (hereinafter referred to as AI) is being actively introduced around the world, which also poses legal problems for the copyright institution. An urgent task of copyright law is the need to develop positions on the recognition of copyright in works created with the help of AI, and their protection for further use. Theoretical analysis. In the international and Russian law, there are problems in determining the legal status of AI as an object, subject, or quasi-subject of law.

Organization of Monitoring the Results of Intellectual Activity in High Schools

Introduction. The important role is given to the high school, which is characterized by accompaniment of innovative process and perfection of innovative infrastructures of different intellectual activity’s results. Theoretical analysis. One of the main participants in the creation of innovative infrastructure are universities. However, the lack of Office of Scientific Research and Development’s model, doesn’t allow Russian economy to reach the high rival level.

On the issue of forming a university hub in the concept of open innovation

Introduction. A feature of Russian innovative economy development is the need to solve many problems in a limited time frame, which include the accelerated development of domestic production and the market through the introduction of innovative solutions in the context of minimizing external economic threats associated with anti-Russian sanctions from unfriendly countries. The models of innovative activity are considered and their key subjects are identified.
