Introduction. In the present state of the domestic economy, where there is a stable manifestation of stagflation processes will inevitably have to deal with problems in the field of credit and the banking system. At the same time it is the real situation in those areas of financial activity depend largely on the prospects and potential for economic growth. The urgency of the issue related to the internal debt of our country is in the difficult geopolitical situation that has developed around Russia. Due to political tension, our country was partially limited from external sources of funding.

Introduction. The purpose of this article is to assess and identify prospects for the development of remote services in the banking industry, using the criteria for evaluating banking activities. Theoretical analysis. In the process of analyzing the remote banking services’ level of development, methods of logical and statistical analysis were used. Using these methods, the authors rank the activities of commercial banks.

The article describes the perspectives and problems of individual banking products and products for the large number of clients. Basically the proposed study offers a new look of selling banking products, includes a perspective from the client to the bank’s offer.
