On Models the Relationships Authorities and Business Structures

Abstract: 

Introduction. Currently, the Russian business is faced with a choice between economic transformation and adaptation to political realities. So now updated the task of studying the relationship of business and government as a process, which plays a role in political relations in modern Russia. To examine the relationship between business and government is necessary because in the process of interaction between the parties demonstrate the differences in value orientations and attitudes, goals and ways of achieving them, Express their political preferences, and declare the claims of the power of nature. The analysis of the relationship of the structures of government and business flowing in the framework of the existing institutions, to evaluate the possibility of transition to a civilized relationship in the form of consultation. Theoretical analisis. With institutional method considers the business structure, and with discursive method, discusses the destructive aspects of the analysis of interaction between government and business structures. Results. Building partnerships between government and business structures there is no alternative. The more that you can return to fully trust is impossible without return to partnerships with Russian business. Comprehensive partnerships can open new possibilities and perspectives – from the formation of finally consensus on issues of national interest to promote a new image of the new Russia. Such a partnership would be the basis of a new, future-oriented and results-oriented perspective, a national consensus on the ways of development of the country. Achieving balance through mutual concessions and compromises will contribute to the achievement of stability, which catalyzes positive change that will give them the necessary stability and dynamics.
