The concept «the social state» all is wider, especially last years, is used in domestic economic, political, jurisprudence. In the scientific article attempt of judgement of substantive provisions of the concept of the social state is undertaken.

In clause process of participation of women during the considered{examined} period in a political life of the country and the Saratov area is shown. However it is marked, that the high educational level of women influenced their their representation in party bodies a little.

In the article light up the questions of stopping of agreement of transportation of loads, to a transport expedition at the proper execution of obligations of agreement sides, at by impossibility of execution of obligations, during readdressing of load et cetera.

The article is focused on the essence of political and legal transformations, that brought about the changes in the Russian Orthodox church as a political and legal subject of law under the Soviet state. The article explores the state-church relations mechanisms under the influence of atheist propaganda and «scientific communism». It also defines the key political and legal grounds for the church modernization, which, in many respects, form the current position of the mentioned organization at the contemporary stage of the development of Russia.

In this article the author considers the conditions of formations of the modern paradigm of the economical theory and economic mechanism, which are suitable to the development of Russian economic model.

Theoretical and methodological questions of creating the system of monitoring and updating the spatial heterogeneity of the national economy development are discussed in this article. The competitiveness indicator, sustainability and economic safety system is suggested on the basis of a new coordinates system for the national economy development.

In the article priorities of regional economic policy of the federal centre within the limits of existing basic concepts of mutual relation of system «the centre – region» are considered. Besides, base paradigms of region and strategy of social and economic development of regions of Russia corresponding to them are considered.

In this article the author considers different aspects of interaction between power and economic structure, analyzes the influence of the power on correlation of economic processes and organizational management of structural correlations; the author raises the problem of optimization of the «power–property–structure» model and the formation of highly effective structure of Russian economy.

In the article some methods shadow economy transformations are analyzed. Those structural elements of shadow economy which represent special public danger are allocated. Two base criteria in interaction of structures of shadow economy and government establishments are investigated. By the author it is underlined that restrictive functions institutsionalnaja shadow economy transformations can be really realized by means of legislative norms and administrative methods of regulation.

In the article questions of an inefficiency of distribution of the cumulative income of the population are discussed. As the basic forms of distribution of the income distribution of wages and the taxation of individual incomes are considered. It is shown, that the inefficiency of distribution of incomes is defined not only dynamics of an inequality, but also structure of distribution by separate kinds of incomes and features of a tax policy.
