Introduction. It is particularly interesting to study the achievements of outstanding personalities on the world scale, those who made a signifi cant contribution to economic science, played a crucial role in the international history of politics and economic activity, laid the prerequisites for the formation of original schools of economic thought, which were named after their founders. Such personalities were John Maynard Keynes and Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov-Lenin. Methods and concepts.

Introduction. «Customers behavior» is a broad notion including not only the process of buying the product (service, work) but customer’s behavior before buying and after it. Purchasing behavior is influenced by incentives and factors specific marketing policies in local sales of goods. Research methods. To determine the marketing strategy of retail trade company were monitored consumer preferences and evaluation of the quality of customer service in the two chain stores in Saratov in the summer of 2011 and 2012.

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the methods by the indicators and information sources used. Results.

Introduction. To assess the efficiency of the state policy on the support and development of small innovative business, a corresponding system of evaluation indicators and indices should be designed. To solve this problem, the paper proposes a number of new indicators to characterize the innovative activity of small business on the basis of the expense–output indicator ratio of innovation activity and the dynamics of these indicators. Introduction. To stably receive a high enough retirement in the future, the individual should early start to make pension savings and efficiently and deliberately be engaged in pension schemes not only to return but also to increase his/her savings. For this, pension savings schemes should be analyzed from the viewpoint of personal preferences and effective interest rates, and the risks of possible losses due to the activity of pension funds should be taken into account.

Introduction. Questions of the current ineffective protection of criminal trial participants in the Russian Federation are extremely topical. Due to this circumstance, such crimes undermine the authority of the domestic administration of justice and do serious harm to the personality. The paper is devoted to the problems of increasing the efficiency of measures to counteract such crimes. Methods. In this work, the method of sociological questioning of more than 400 criminal trial participants was applied. Results.

Purpose. The article deals with the category «property requirements» in constitutional law. The author investigates the property requirements in a broad sense as limiting the rights of citizens based on whether or not the property, and in the narrow restrictions of voting rights as citizens.
