Introduction. The main guarantees of access to justice is provided by various procedural and organizational rules of law. In the context of globalization and integration of legal mechanisms of protection the rights and freedoms of man and citizen more attention is drawn to the legal structures which identifies prerequisites and conditions for the right to claim in court. To ensure the right of access to court these structures should not interfere with stakeholders to make dispositive procedural steps aimed to freely receive legal protection.
