Cluster Development Coordination Center as the Basis for the Operation of the Innovation System in the Integration
Introduction. The scale and complexity of the management of national innovation systems displace the interest in regional systems, and the integration process of withdrawal of the economy of the regions of the state border on the international level, in connection with the actual study of the development processes of the innovation system in terms of integration on the basis of cluster approach. Theoretical analysis. The experience of the centers of formation of cluster development of innovative systems, innovative interpretation of the proposed system in terms of integration. It is stated that in order to create a focal point of cluster development must be to unite the efforts of municipal authorities, enterprises scientific and technical and educational spheres, the business sector in the interest of more rapid application of science and technology in order to implement the strategic directions of the formation of a certain area and output of the economy on the path of innovation lift. Empirical analysis. Implementation of a regional cluster policy is possible to create the organization of regional clusters in the form of the Coordination Center of cluster development of innovative activity, the functions of which are analyzed in the article. Conclusions. To improve the innovation of the participating countries of the integration associations need to build an innovative system capable of providing an environment conducive to the creation of progressive technological structure and innovative environment. The main directions of development of the cluster in terms of integration and cluster infrastructure. As a basis for the functioning of the innovation system in terms of integration provided a focal point for a cluster of innovation, defined its functions, tasks and organizational structure.
