Introduction. The nature of Russia’s current economic development encounters restrictions on the commercialization of innovations in the economy, the identification of which was the purpose of the study. In the presented research, the inconsistency of the quality of the structure of the industrial markets of the Russian economy, forming its innovative segment, and the intensity of innovation spread in Russia is presented as the main problem of innovative development. Theoretical analysis.

Introduction. In article various approaches to classification of the principles of the right from positions of constitutional and legal regulation are considered. Theoretical analysis. On the basis of the analysis of various points of view the author comes to a conclusion that use of subject, standard and functional criteria to classification of legal principles is possible.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the complex analysis of the constitutional legal regulation of the equality of rights and duties of men and women in the sphere of family legal relations. The author analyzed the constitutions of the Soviet period with the aim of establishing the existence of a guarantee for the protection of the rights and interests of fathers (men) subject to gender discrimination.

One of conditions of establishment of restrictions of the rights and freedoms of the individual is their compliance to international human rights treaties.

For a more thorough understanding of Part 5 Article 29 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to take into account the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the content of the constitutional prohibition of censorship. Introduction. Nowadays, clusters in the service sector formation becomes one of the characteristics of the Russian economy region development. In accordance with The Federal Aim Program for the period from 2011 to 2018, the Saratov region is not among the federal subjects which were included in the program of federal funding assistance to promote the creation of clusters in the service sector. Despite this, we consider the possibility to discover such cluster (emerging cluster or developed one) in the territory of the Saratov region.

Introduction. Spatial aspects of most important demographic indicators (fertility and mortality) need further studies. The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of spatial effects and external factors on the level and dynamics of the total fertility rate and life expectancy in European Russia.
