Государственное регулирование экономических отношений в Республике Узбекистан: конституционно-правовой аспект

Аннотация: в статье рассматриваются основные подходы к пониманию государственного регулирования экономических отношений с позиции конституционно-правовой науки. Действующее законодательство перестало успевать за тенденциями развития экономических отношений, стало актуальным переосмысление роли государственных органов в регулировании экономической деятельности. Основное внимание в научном исследовании уделяется содержанию конституционно-правовой регламентации экономических отношений в Республике Узбекистан.

Constitutional Regulation of Economic Relations in Foreign Countries: History and Modernity
