Введение. Рынки нефтепродуктов Центральной и Южной Азии развиваются в условиях, когда наличие внутренней переработки не устраняет потребность во внешних поставках, а физическая близость стран не формирует единого ценового и логистического пространства. Теоретический анализ. Устойчивость цепочки поставок нефтепродуктов рассматривается как способность превращать внешний ресурс в доступный рыночный объем при сохранении приемлемых условий цены, качества, маршрута, платежа и пограничного оформления.
