Concept and Declaratory of the Constitutional Law of Person for Enterprise According to Russian and German Constitutional Law

The article is devoted to the comparative law research of concept and declaratory of the constitutional law of person for enterprise according to Russian and German constitutional law. The author analyzes and compares the notion and content of this law, which has revealed its peculiarities according to other constitutional laws, embodied in Constitution of Russian Federation and in main law of Federal Republic of Germany.

Constitutional Obligation of Parents to Take Care of Children in the Russian Federation: Concept and Characteristics

The article focuses on a constitutional obligation of parents to take care of their children in the Russian Federation. This issue has not yet been thoroughly studied in the Russian constitutional law science despite vital importance of its key issues: child upbringing, financial support, education, health care, etc. The author gives definition of the given constitutional obligation and describes its characteristics. The author dwells on the concept and characteristics of this constitutional obligation.

On Constitutional Nature of the Principle of the Personal and Civil Rights and Freedoms Equality Irrelevant of the Language

The article deals with the theoretical issues of classifying personal and civil rights and freedoms as constitutional. The scope of consideration includes the two main positions on defining a constitutional right and constitutional law legal relations. The ways of constitutionalizing the principle of the personal and civil rights and freedoms equality irrelevant of the language in the Russian and U.S. constitutional law are analyzed.
