Introduction. In recent decades, the issues of preserving and protecting historical memory have become increasingly relevant in the context of legal regulation and judicial practice. The purpose of this article is to study the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the field of historical memory protection, as well as to determine their impact on national legal consciousness and legislation. Theoretical analysis.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the actual concern of determining the content not enough elaborated in the science of administrative law principles of justice and equality in the sphere of administrative responsibility. Purpose. To open the contents of the principles of justice and equality through the analysis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Administrative code of the Russian Federation and the resolutions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Results.

Introduction. RF President occupies a leading place in the system of Russian power. RF Constitution in art. 80 determines the RF status of the President as head of state, whose responsibilities include security, coordination and control of the most important areas of public administration: the Constitution, the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the sovereignty of the Russian Federation, its independence and state integrity, coordinated functioning and interaction public authorities.
