This article is analyzing the articles of the constitution of the Russian Federation and Russian law which concern the rights and freedoms of young generation. It is considered the conformity of modern Russian legislation with the youth’s necessity. It is proved the existing necessity to accept a Federal Law “About Young Generation” and to create a federal department to solve the problems of young generation and to work out the concept of developing of young generation politics.
