The evolution of instability concepts in the economic and political environment

Introduction. The purpose of developing instability concepts in the economic and political environment is to create a set of instruments for effective planning and forecasting the consequences of managerial decisions, the one that corresponds to the qualities and characteristics of this environment in a given historical period. Studying the evolution of such concepts enables a number of conclusions to be drawn about the nature of changes that have occurred in the sphere of global economic and managerial relations over recent decades.

Введение. Целью создания концепций нестабильности экономической и политической среды является выработка инструментария для эффективного планирования и прогнозирования последствий принимаемых управленческих решений, отвечающего качествам и особенностям этой среды в тот или иной исторический период. Изучение процесса эволюции таких концепций позволяет сделать ряд выводов и о характере изменений, произошедших в сфере глобальных хозяйственных и управленческих отношений за последние десятилетия.
