Factors influencing degree of openness of the company such as are allocated: inclusiveness in listings of the main Russian and foreign international exchanges; creation of corporate websites. System approach to the problem analysis is used, methods of the statistical analysis, a graphic method, the analysis and synthesis are applied. Results. On the basis of results of researches RID for UNCTAD and NRKU the conclusion is drawn that they in bigger volume characterize only number of provided information, and don’t characterize its completeness and quality. In recent years the large Russian companies significantly improved corporate governance (further KU), actively develop corporate social responsibility (further KSO), accept ethics codes, issue the non-financial reporting.
