Introduction. The article is devoted to the efficiency of structural changes in the economy. A distinction between the concepts of efficiency and optimality in economic structure is made. Theoretical analysis. The author considers the definitions of efficiency of structural changes and the effectiveness of the economic structure. The indicators of structural efficiency are analyzed.
