In article theoretical approaches of formation and development of a nanoindustry, process of formation of infrastructure of a nanoindustry within an innovative vector of development of Russia are discussed. Ordering of structural elements of information and analytical infrastructure of a nanoindustry by allocation of its main components of subsystems is carried out.

In article features of the organization of innovative activity of investment institutes are considered. The last, to some extent enter into an investment component of innovative infrastructure (IСII) and are thus urged to solve the most important problem of ensuring innovative development at various levels financial resources. At the same time subjects of IСII need innovative development that in turn dema nds identification and the description of features innovative деятельности in the investment sphere.

The article analyses the influence of integration on the economical growth and development of national economy, considers the interconnection of the system integration and sustained growth of economy. The article raises the problem of forming a highly functional structure of the Russian economy.

Introduction. In the modern world, the introduction of innovations is becoming one of the main ways of economic development of both organizations and states. In this regard, the process of switching Russian economy to the innovative way of development acquires special importance. Still in 2011, the Government approved the Strategy for Innovative Development of Russia until 2020: it formulates the goals of the country’s long-term development and indicators that characterize their implementation.

In the article modern social and economic position in agrofood complex of Russia and in sphere of maintenance of food safety is considered, the condition of resource potential of agrarian and industrial complex is analysed, the major directions of innovative development of agrarian manufacture of Russia are presented and proved.
