The Administrative Instruments of State Regulation of Export (for Example Oil and Oil Products)
Introduction. The primary task of the state is to support national exporters in foreign markets. For this purpose, various instruments of regulation, primarily of an administrative nature. Characteristics of Russian exports are fuel-raw material orientation, which causes the strong dependence of revenues of the Federal budget from fluctuations in world prices for hydrocarbons. Purpose. The main goal of this work is to study the administrative tools of state regulation of export (for example oil and oil products), which seems particularly relevant in the context of economic instability and the impossibility of precise prediction of this type of income. Results. Administrative tools play a major role in the system of government regulation of export. Conclusion. Analysis of the current state of Russian export allows to make a conclusion about lack of effective use of administrative instruments of state regulation of exports. Possible ways of improving the efficiency.
