Information Support (Advanced Technologies) as a Means to Improve the Efficiency of the Execution of Acts
Introduction. In today’s world there is a trend change in the existing and creation of new civil procedural means in the enforcement proceedings, due to the rapid development of economic relations and technological advances. The article investigates the new civil procedural means – modern technology – as a means of improving the efficiency of enforcement proceedings. Currently selected topic insufficiently developed by scientists, every day there are new technical features that are not applicable without translation into legal language. Results. This paper analyzes the current draft legislation. The application and use of new technical means possible at all stages of enforcement: get the executive document – receipt and distribution in electronic form; automatic direction copies of the decisions to open and the end of the enforcement proceedings, the debtor notification of the institution of enforcement proceedings; payment by debtors the amount owed under the executive documents via electronic devices; electronic interaction with registering and regulatory authorities in obtaining information about the financial position of the debtor. According to the results of the research highlighted promising areas for the development of technical support enforcement proceedings at every stage of execution. Conclusion. The conclusion of necessity: the development of legislation and improvement of enforcement practices in the use of modern information technologies; creating conditions for equal access of citizens to information; harmonizing and fine-tune the use of existing facilities in the inter-agency level; implementing innovative developments; development of material and technical base (timely execution of orders, proper financing).
