Development Institutes as Organizational Form of Implementation of Venture Investment
Introduction. Innovative development became a directing vector in development of economy of Russia. While the main tools and infrastructure elements, investment of innovative activity, i.e. venture investment are formed, remains insufficiently developed in theoretical and practical aspect. In article the substantial party of objects of venture investment – the innovative companies is investigated, criteria of reference of the companies to innovative are allocated, features of their functioning come to light. The goal is the analysis of institutes of development as organizational form of implementation of venture investment. Theoretical analysis. For achievement of a goal the following problems are solved: disclosure theoretical bases of venture investment, innovative project, innovative company; the tipologization of organizational forms of implementation of venture investment according to their source in Russia is carried out; features of functioning of institutes of development come to light. Venture investment leans on a number of methods, among which: investment and financial analysis, strategic planning and forecasting. Results. Justification of features of institutes of development as organizational form of implementation of venture investments which are is result of the approach offered by authors: implementation with – investments according to projects in high-tech industries of economy; and also creation of innovative infrastructure of support of the applied innovations, covering all stages of innovative process, and also all spheres of support: financial, production and technological, personnel, information and advisory.
