Stage of Development and Risks of the Social Responsibility of Companies in Russia

Abstract: 

Introduction. In modern conditions the great importance is the problem of social responsibility of companies. It is necessary to analyze the stage, development trends and risks of social responsibility. This determines the importance of research. Theoretical analysis. Social responsibility is a complex of the actions connected with the values of companies and focused on sustainable business development. Her risk are: legal, political, economic, environmental, social and labor. Discussion of results. It is necessary to implement an integrated approach to social responsibility as a response to systems nye calls. In the regions implemented the threefold model of interaction between employees, employers and regional authorities.
