Abstract:

Introduction. In the current economic conditions, when the activities of the subjects carried out in conditions of risk and uncertainty growing systematically address issues of optimal control of production and marketing activities with the use of the conceptual foundations of logistics has become a priority in the operation of complex systems and management decisions. Theoretical analysis. To increase the efficiency of production and sales activities (PSD) of business entities need to consider its properties, namely integrity, complexity of hierarchical structure, complex information processes, multiplicity of objectives, dynamic processes, multifunctionality, inertia. Logistics management optimization PSD assumes its structure, building effective communication between its members and the external environment, optimization of all business processes within the relevant activities in order to minimize costs, minimize business risk and account all factors in the controlled system that can have a significant impact on the operation of all system processes. Results. The result of applying the proposed model control production and sales management logistics system is to achieve industrial-technological, financial, economic, environmental and social information and organizational effectiveness, and will also enhance the competitiveness of the logistics system as a whole.
